Replacement keys are available for most Adrian Steel aluminum pickup toolboxes. To see if keys are available for your toolbox, please call the Adrian Steel Customer Care Department at 1-800-677-2726 ext. 5252. Requests can also be emailed to: customercare@adriansteel.com. You will need the number stamped on the face of the pushbutton lock.

To become an Adrian Steel distributor, you must first contact and speak with the Adrian Steel Regional Sales Manager for your area. There are certain criteria you must have and there is an application process. For more information and the name of the Regional Sales Manager for your area, please call 1-800-677-2726.

All warranty claims are handled through the Adrian Steel distributor network. If you are in need of warranty work, take your item(s) back to the original distributor where it was purchased/installed. They will take care of it from there. Remember, if your items were installed by an authorized Adrian Steel distributor, they are covered for a full 3 years or 36,000 miles!
