How Does ROAD-REDI© Work?
Road-Redi© is built to support large fleet operations utilizing Adrian Steel cargo management solutions with expedited delivery of upfitted vehicles to the local market. The Adrian Steel Road-Redi© team facilitates the communication between all parties involved from vehicle sourcing and upfitting to final delivery of new or on-road upfitted vehicles.
New Vehicle Sourcing
Dealer Stock
New vehicles acquired by the fleet management company or customer from a dealer’s inventory and installed locally or at the end destination through Adrian Steel’s distributor network.
Pool Stock
New vehicles acquired by the fleet management company or customer from a distributor’s pool inventory and installed locally or at the end destination through Adrian Steel’s distributor network.
OEM Drop Ship
New vehicles ordered from the OEM by the customer, Adrian Steel, dealer or fleet management company are drop shipped at the local distributor for installation using a distributor specific drop-code.
On-Road Vehicles
Retrofits/Modifications
Vehicles installed with equipment that require a modification or addition after final delivery and/or in service. Installation is completed by Adrian Steel’s distributor network.
Quality Spills and Customer Care
Vehicles in the field or at the delivering dealer that have an error as a result of installation, upfit engineering, product failure, warranty issue or missing or incorrect components. Installation is completed by Adrian Steel’s distributor network.
